Yes, but the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. We are a small company to handle: emails, phone calls, orders, technical assistance, website maintenance, etc... The first thing to do before buying is to first look at your broken part to determine which part is needed before ordering and wants to order all options.

Yes, this is not a problem, you can also write to us on whatsapp

Shipping prices are calculated on checkout and vary on the state, zip code, country, and zip code. We have standard tracked shipping or express, you can choose in the checkout before payment.
4. 4. How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends from country to country, but see the “delivery” page for additional details
5. 5. Why did my original gears fail?
The original material used to manufacture your odometer gears was urethane and that gears were lubricated with petroleum grease. The grease, over time, turns the gear into a waxy material and fails.
6. 6. Will your gears last longer than the original?
We design and manufacture our odometer gears using an acetal plastic, this material has excellent moisture resistance, a wide range of chemicals, oils, greases, and solvents. It also offers high strength and rigidity over a broad temperature range with low wear and is self-lubricating by design. We are confident that the products we manufacture and sell will give you years of trouble-free service.
7. 7. Do I need to apply grease to my odometer gears?
Grease is not recommended unless stated in the instructions. Our gears are made using self lubricating acetal resin, so no further lubricant is needed.
8. 8. What part fits my vehicle?
We have the most common gears listed, but the only way to ensure that you receive the correct gears for your vehicle is first to remove your old gears and either count the teeth, measure the overall thickness of the gear.
